Scored these Carolina Loggers off eBay a few days ago that were in my size, and I just got done weathering them.

Those are badass man! Had an old pair I used for masonry. Just as comfortable as my Red Wings. How do they feel brother? And great score!

They’re a lot more cushioned than I was expecting. I thought they’d be tight from the padding, but they’re thankfully not. A lot more comfortable to wear than the basic Carolinas I use for everyday wear.
Glad to hear it man! They look badass and yeah man the cushioning is second-to-none. Surprised they aren’t priced as high as Red Wings because they definitely rival performance
My everyday wear ones that I have are honestly the most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn, and very warm and dry. Never gotten wet or cold feet in the winter with them.
I didn’t realize that the tab on the back of the boot is removed in the screenused pair until I started looking at pics last night. Here’s a shot of the boots with that loop removed:
