Has anyone seen the movie Terrifier, yet? It’s currently on netflix.
Within the first 20 minutes of the movie there is a human head jack o lantern that looks almost identical to Halloween.
Do they have the same special effects guy? Or is there a lawsuit coming or something?
Not sure the deal on this. It’s been brought up before though. Maybe great minds think alike? The Terrifier scene was well executed for sure and the Myers head looks amazing as well. Doubt there will be any lawsuits, Terrifier just beat them to the punch it seems.

It’s unfortunate, because terrifier is fantastic - and I fear people will assume they stole the idea.
No problem at all man, it’s good to have a thread dedicated to this conversation. I did find it strange how closely the H40 head resembles the one in Terrifier. And I agree, I loved that movie! Some say it lacks substance but man Art is amazing and I loved every second of it. Can’t wait for a follow-up! And if anything Terrifier was released first so at least they can’t have their name smeared for copying the idea!
This idea has actually been done a few times. I know I’ve seen it done in a Halloween comic. Can’t remember the name of the comic
I just watched this movie last night and I noticed that lol
Some really don’t like the movie but since this thread was made I just have to say Art the Clown is the man and I sincerely hope there is a follow-up film soon. It was a mixture of Hostel and something completely unique. Hands down my favorite clown in any horror film. IT doesn’t count in the discussion though 
Terrifier is a sequel to all hallow’s eve, if you’re wanting more.
