Looking to pic up an h2 mask. What are some recommendations that folks have. Price point would be between 200 to 350.
cgp warlock is a very good h2 mask out the box.
75K is always a good bet…
Potentially you could work a deal with whoever is selling this MMK and get one of the many artists here to convert into your own H2. Uwannadon is one of the artists who specializes in this.
I’d discourage getting that Kirk and converting it…That’s a Limited Edition Kirk, for one. What you’d want to do instead is get a blank (rather than a Kirk) and have that converted.
You could have a Creep or 75K (or Nightmare, MMK, Psycho, etc.) done up H2 style (pick your sculpt of choice, basically).
A Warlock Is a good choice. Terry has done some shady things but the warlock sculpt is on point!
It’s all on the buyer shiv, not up to you or me. Kirks are cool but, nothing better than a Myers. Personally Kirk conversions are awesome. I completely understand the nostalgia of a Kirk but, I can’t help to look at any single one and say I wonder how it would look H1 or H2 style. I’m not saying for him to do exactly what I said, just a suggestion.

What you say is ignoring the price range from the original post (200 to 350), which isn’t enough to pay for that Limited Edition Kirk…let alone convert it. I’m not 100% sure what makes that Limited Edition special, but I believe it has to do with the finishing work. Do you see my point? It’s always possible to take a Kirk and make it into a Myers…but sometimes that’s not a good idea (if you’re wasting money).
Ehh I dunno if that’s a waste of money. It’s all in the way of the beholder. I absolutely get where you are coming from. Your right with his initial price range my suggestion is off. Just throwing options out there, that’s all.
For 350…is his high point…not to sure that’s enough for a 75k or shat blank…plus conversion …just the blank alone is 2 bills and shipping…last time I checked the big guns charge more then 140 to convert…he would be better off buying a mask made H2 by nick or Justin then have on converted…or get a H2SM blank from Martin…and have that converted…makes a Great H2
Yes, getting a blank and having it converted might set you back more than $350 (depending on what the blank is). So you could think about getting a deal on a blank (a H2SM was mentioned). You should be able to find a nice blank for $100 (maybe not a 75K or Shat but those are more expensive due to their popularity). Conversions cost $100-200 depending on who’s doing the work. An H2 Psycho is something to consider (like $250 from Night Owl). Also to think about is wait time. You regularly find nice H2 masks on eBay and in classifieds falling in that price range. You could also create a WTB ad and see if anyone gets back to you.
The warlock sculpt is “on point” because it is a recast of a NM78 
Martin Pena sells the H2SM for 180$.

Sad to say but my mask account is going to be drained next week for a little while as I am placing an order for THE BOOGEYMAN 1981 lifesize bust. The bust is setting me back 1100.00 canadian. I could see your mask quickly accompanying it.
