Hey guys! Hope you guys are having a safe and good evening right now! I said earlier in my most of my H2 mask and props that I would show my H2 coveralls and here it is. Below you can see the pictures of my two coveralls. The right coverall is the Sears Roebuck coveralls while my left one are my Sears Work and Leisure coveralls. Now if you’ve seen the guide on the most accurate MM cosplays out there, you can actually see that the correct coveralls for a H2 myers are SEARS WORK AND LEISURE coveralls, not Sears Roebucks. I own both, and they look exactly the same. Now the coveralls I have are both a Navy blue color so accurate to the blue color they look like on screen but not the accurate Spruce green. I hope to have these rehauled soon as well. I know that Sears Roebucks are hard to find but are uncommon to find, but I lucked out on the Sears Work and Leisure coveralls. I found the Sears W&L coveralls at a fleamarket/swapmeet for only 25 bucks! And i didn’t even realize that they were the real deal until I did futher research. You will see in the pictures below that show that both look exactly the same but one difference: stitching. The Sears Roebucks have two stitches on the left pocket while the Sears W&L only has ONE. If you have seen the BTS shots of Dick, it infacts has only ONE stitching on the left pocket. Even Dick confirmed there were W&L, not Roebucks. Either way, Roebucks are still very accurate and look exactly the same, but W&L are the way to go if you find any. If any of you know any good H2 rehaulers, let me know below! Another opinion for you guys to throw out there for me: Should I dye the coveralls a Spruce green to make it more accurate?
If you’re going to have them worked on, I’d say go for dying them. Jimmy Falco does great work on coveralls, I also sent a pair to Steven Friswold. He did a great job, not to heavy on the blood and weathering. Just enough, in my opinion. Hope it helps you a little bit.
