Does anyone have any product recommendations on good hair too use for these? I know the screenused mask used human hair. In the past, I have haired them with both synthetic human hair and crepe hair - neither of which achieved the look I wanted exactly. The synthetic human hair was far superior, although extremely difficult to work with.
I’ve seen and owned H20 masks that have used faux fur with about a 3-4 inch pile that looked pretty good, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.
I have been on this same hunt for a while too, also dealing with the pain of synthetic hair. I haven’t tried faux hair, but it would probably need product to look accurate. I did finally use a rove of human hair I got years ago on a stock Trick or Treat Studios mask, (the seller on eBay closed shop since). It’s difficult to shop for nowadays because it’s expensive and hard to tell how much you’ll get, but it’s easy to work with and glued well! I want to rebuy from somewhere dependable and share. But for now here’s how it looks! I’ve trimmed it up after these pics.
