The H5 is now up for preorder folks. Just a quick thread to shout out the news for everyone.
Just preordered a H5 and H4. Very excited for these!
Yeah I got all three pre-ordered now, and so begins the long wait. Let’s hope we get ours early August since we are among the first preorders.
I know when I pre-ordered the Hospital Mask and the H20 version 2 back when they released, they came a lot earlier than expected. It was like the first couple days into August and they came.
The hair on the h5 is a lot different than the others. It’s very straight. You won’t need anything to slick it back. Pretty cool!

The look of the outline of the nose appliance was sculpted in, but it’s very faint. If you zoom in on the mask you can see it, but it’s very subtle.
Just ordered the H5 mask ordered the h78 a couple days ago now I’m waiting on the Saw pig mask reverse bear trap and I’m going to order the robe so I can have all three at one time
Ordered all three of the masks as well. Can’t wait to do unboxings/reviews/costume tests for all the masks. Never owned an H5 before so that’s going to be cool. I know some people hate the H4 and H5 masks but I like them simply because in their own ways they are unique.
I personally love the H4 and H5. I know a lot of fans hate them, but I think they have their own unique appeal. It also helps I am a huge fan of H4 and H5, those were the ones I watched a shit ton when I was growing up back in the late 80s, early 90s.
I was 8 years old when I saw Halloween and Halloween 2 on TV back in around 1989, and that of course tramatized me to the point of obsession lol. Then around 1990 I begged to go to the video store to seek out other Halloween films, and of course found H4 and H5. I was warned they would scare me, but I didn’t care, I had to see them!
Then I wore those tapes out big time as I kept wanting to rent them over and over! Lol. And looking back now, I think a lot of it was because I related to Danielle Harris’ Jamie, as she was around the same age as I was at the time! So of course I thought oh, this girl in these movies is a child like I am! So I was invested big time! So of course the masks from those two films hold a special place in my love for the films. Along with the box art for the tapes, which I admired in the video store before I would walk out with my rentals.
Oh and for the young generation out there, video tapes were how we had to watch movies back in the day, lol, with a VHS player. No special features, no chapter skipping, just a film on tape that needed rewound when done with it lol. And I hated rewinding, that shit took way too long when all you wanted to do is watch the damn movie again right away!! Lol
Not trying to be negative at all but does anyone remember how late people got these delivered. I’m not sure the interest on my credit card is worth the wait to order these as Id probably get them in December 2019:(
I’m in the same boat as Ghostrealm. I found a 2018 mask well before my preorder came in last year. Never know what the future holds, but I’m gonna gamble that I can find any of these from a retailer before individual preorders go out.
So I saw that the H5 Thorn tattoos are up for preorder… Just one problem though is I think spell check was running wild on the TOTS website, as instead of saying “Thorn” it actually says “Throne” lol. And it’s in every piece of text describing it on the site, “pre-order your THRONE tattoos now!” Lol
Chris, if your reading this, you may want to go back through your web builder or whoever does it for you and have that fixed. It says Throne in every spot describing it.
There we go, fixed, Throne is now Thorn, lol. Thank goodness, that was driving me nuts! Lol.
