Ditto. As far as SSN Shanks vs. SSN Revenge, no doubt I would take the Shanks. However, the revenge you own with the nose appliance looks screenused. I’d love to own either one of those masks.
i agree with both of you 100%.i definitely wouldnt have this h5 bust if it was unaltered without the nose/lip appliance.as much as i love it i think the ssn shanks is an amazing mask as well
Both are great pieces. I’m gonna have to go with the SSN Shanks. But I love both. I want them…lol
Is there a reason why the other one is painted in a yellow scheme? Is that film accurate? I kinda like that look, kinda like rob zombie had the mask deteriorate gradually in his films this kinda reminds of that. I know the ssn paintjobs were prone to yellowing but like the yellowed/reddish kinda hair, evokes the h1/h40 in a way, like if this had been the same mask in halloween 5 but 20 years later more or less.

How come? All ssn makes seem to yellow woth time? Was it because they used cheap paint or something?

Kaizu is correct. Sean has told me the same thing and demonstrated how to remove the yellow with a solvent. Also they do NOT rot really quick. I have had several and still own a few, they just require care same as any other mask.
It is not film accurate no, but I love the way it looks! Mike is the King of H5s haha, thank you for resurrecting this thread!

No problem! Cause im about to get the revenge of the 5th by martin pena in a few weeks and was going through old threads and when i saw these it really looked good even if not film accurate. I was thinking of getting a 2nd revenge of the 5th mask but done in this color scheme with more reddish hair instead of brown. Kinda like h78/h2018 but had it been the h5 mask instead, a “20 years later” type mask next to the white one.
