Right now I believe the only one actively producing a Halloween Resurrection mask is Trick or Treat Studios. That should’ve been in the thread I linked you to. With the right hair, paint, and neck trim they can be amazing H8 masks.

Yeah I was checking out your thread this morning. Great work btw. But that’s what interested me in this. I love that style the mask has. I saw the indie masks on there and was blown away, I already knew about the tots with the rehair. Just wanted to get one already done up. But with that comparison you showed, it’s pretty damn close so that’s probably what I’ll end up doing
No problem and thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. I also love the H8 look, but most people do not. Some of those indie masks are insane, I agree. I would recommend checking out the bay or posting a WTB ad. Gary Mongar of H30 productions made a very solid copy. I am not sure if they are still in production or not. Here are some pics. Yes, a lot of the people I’ve seen generally only like the masks from 1 and 2. While I think some are better, they are all unique in their own way and what’s a collection if you don’t have them all? Lol. But I’m gonna check with H30 and see what I can work out if they are still made.
Exactly!! I am extremely grateful for the diversity when it comes to the look of Michael Myers. What would most collections look like if we only had multiple versions of only one or two masks? Each movie mask has something special about it, IMO. Definitely check out H30 productions, are used to own the resurrected by them and it was my favorite H8 mask that I owned besides my old Cinema secrets. Sadly, they are both long gone by now.
That’s funny you say that, my mom and girlfriend are constantly saying “why do you keep buying the same mask? They’re all the same.” I’m just like dude, you don’t understand lol. But yes, I used to be all about the first two, but the others grew on me eventually. I own a H1, H2, H6, I made a RzH2 mask, and I own the pumpkin escape mask. Can’t wait to have the full collection.
YES. I have a love-hate relationship with people like that lol. It drives me bonkers when people don’t see the differences, but then I get to ramble about Halloween and how they’re all different lol. I would love to see a pic of your collection!
Lol you should have heard me trying to explain to my mother about the difference between the castle stretch and warlock stretch when purchasing both masks. And here you go my friend.
