My new Michael Myers mask made by dela torre arrived today, 2 days after Halloween, GUTTED. Oh well, it arrived. Damn this thing looks insane, well improved over the old lineup
My overall thoughts on the mask
Halloween 2 (2009) H2 white satin - The mask arrived today, typical after Halloween. My thoughts? Holy shit this thing is Alive, from the gore factor of the blood, the skin tons, the exposed damage, this thing is aggressively terrifying. And the biggest X factor of this mask? He’s really improved the hair, no longer chunks of that that stranded hair that stick up, it’s quality has improved its scary. Perhaps dela’s greatest masterpiece, fully screen accurate

That is the new H2 white satin made by dela torre, next Myers mask update? I ordered myself a Buried yesterday, that should arrive in 3 4 or 5 months time, cannot wait to own the entire new Buried collection and then that finishes off my Myers collection
Looks awesome, I’ve been on the fence about this, wanted the dream sequence, but like the look of the white satin. Do you have both? Would love to hear thoughts comparing the two. Huge congrats again!!
I sold the DS months ago, since I have had both, which one is better? the white satin by a million miles, for a few reasons will put it in pointers.
The hairing has improved 10 folds by dela torre, no longer haired in thick clumps that sticks up. And the way the hair has improved makes the shape of it so good
the latex and the overall paint app of the mask itself has improved, its not got that shiny look to it, its a rotting texture that really makes the mask come to life. He really has put more heart into the WS. and it is far more detailed
when wearing the mask, it never loses its shape, one of the biggest gripes with the old DS, it does not look good to wear, the WS does. So when its displayed, it looks like that when wearing it
The WS makes the DS look like a rubbish piece, it really is a masterpiece and I say do not feel unsure buying it
