I want to ask the question to all of you amazing Halloween fans ! If you were to buy a replica Halloween 2 mask (1981) what mask would you buy ? I don’t mind the cgp warlock mask but to me it doesn’t look accurate enough for my liking but I guess it’s all down to personal preference, and hearing about the jay Allan story, I don’t want to get into arguments about it at all as that is not the topic but yeah I don’t want to give my hard earned money to someone who did that, anyway I just want to know the ultimate h2 mask to get, and if any of you want to also want to share your masks here too that would be awesome ! I love seeing peoples collections it’s cool to see different variations of different masks !

Which one would you recommend out of the 3 ?
Personally I love the KH/DW. I think it’s the greatest of all Indy H2’s and the closest to the Hero. Be prepared to pay some serious cash. $5,000 - $10,000++++
If that’s what I have to pay to get it as accurate as I can then I have no choice aha

I would say the Ken Hertlein Ultimate, since I am a huge KHU nerd! There is something about this mask that pulled me in!
These are my KHUs! The other one belongs to Benny and is worn by Dick Warlock himself!
For a non Ken Hertlein mask, go for a 75K old mold converted by James Carter!

I’ll have a look as I need a h2 mask for my collection I had to stop because of covid but now I’m able to get back into the hobby again

I have a very hard time finding flaws with The Original 81 by Jimmy Falco of Spookhouse Props. I personally prefer it over most of the masks automatically recommended as the “go-to” H2s, like the KHU and the Warlock.

the H2SM mask would be my preference
If you can afford a KH, or have the patience to wait for one to pop up on eBay, then they are the best H2s you can get. If we are talking made to order, any Kirk from Nik can be converted into a solid h2. He also has the ndmm which is just a replica of the original KH/DW. Roland from DeathRowMasks does the H2SM and that mask and Roland’s paintwork are super solid. I’d probably go with the H2SM for convenience.
After hearing all of your replies the kh seems to be the one getting the most love and I see that’s for a reason, I think that’s the one I am going to get, it seems if I want to feel that Halloween 2 void that’s the one that’s going to fill it
Nice man! But be prepared to spend about $2,000+ for a KHDW, KH SLE, or KHU. In the end, ill reassure you it is well worth the penny!
Don’t worry I have plenty saved up because of covid aha and because I’m in the uk it works out cheaper for me because of the conversion rate which is a good thing ! I need to find a h5 mask too but haven’t seen any around for a while I’m looking to find the best h5 mask too
