I’ve been following him for a little bit now and I personally consider his work some of the better as far as accuracy goes. He seems to pay attention to certain details like eye trimming and the neck where a lot of the others will just paint it as it came.

well customs from US and Canada are always at random, in my best opinion is declare for a cheap value like $10 to $20 with full tracking.
when i usually buy stuff i get the seller to declare for cheap depending on the item of course.
