HalloweeN 2025!

Hey!

I thought it would be cool to have a thread where we can share everything we have going on for the big day this year!

House decorations, costume choices, yard setups, what candy bowls we’re gonna use, pumpkin carvings, scare tactics, movies and shows we’re watching this year, family traditions, plans for the day, prep and to-do lists, wishlist items we’re on the hunt for, everything!

Let’s get hyped, fellas!

Speaking of candy bowls… this is the year I want to up my candy bowl game. My wife and I have used a black plastic cauldron the last few years and I’m ready for an upgrade. Maybe a prop zombie head flipped upside down… done up with some fx blood? Lol. Might be a bit much for the little ones. Maybe I’ll save that one for the older kids and use the cauldron for the tots.

Great thread. Not settled on jason or chopper yet as a final costume but setups gonna prob be similar to these pics from past year/years.
Sweets, marshmallows, hamburgers and hotdogs for the younger , nice big fire and fireworks and drinking games for the adults. Can’t wait :jack_o_lantern:
Excellent idea for the candy bowel by the way :clinking_beer_mugs:

Who could forget apple bobbing, trick or treat, pumpkin carving and ending the evening with a classic horror movie :collision:

Man, your parties sound amazing!

I wish I had someone in my life that threw a party like that, lol.

Maybe I need to be that guy… hmm…

I haven’t decided how I want to scare the kids this year.

Last year, I put a Myers mannequin in the upstairs window so the kids saw it while walking up to the front door. I hid downstairs in a Myers costume at the door ready to pop out. Fron their perspective I made it from upstairs to downstairs in two seconds. Got a lot of good reactions. Lol.
