Is this a good set to have? Is it a ripoff? Figured at least one person here might have it.
These are on iOffer all the time, usually for a good amount less.
It’s a good set for sure…I think I got mine for 50 bucks off a site sometime ago

I saw the ones on ioffer but it seemed to include only the producers cut. This one seems to 4 different cuts which makes me drool. 
It all depends on the video quality.
I have had all these cuts for many years but bought SEVERAL copies of each individual cut in search of the best cuts possible.
Everyone claims that there Producer’s Cut is “the best out there” but only the unspliced one with the sound professionally mixed into the cut is worth having.
Same is true with the other cuts as well.
As far as 70 bucks…I wouldn’t pay it.
Looks like a awesome set, wish someone done a H2 Tv dvd similar.
