MASK OF EVIL (A Halloween Fan Film)
My name is Michael, I’ve been a huge fan of the original Halloween since I was a kid, Myers was always my favorite slasher and John Carpenter is one of my favorite directors just based on The THING and Halloween, although of course he has so many good films!
This is kind of a hybrid post as it’s also an introduction to me on this forum. I’m a filmmaker both in practice and spirit. I never thought I would create a fan film, I just got a wild hair and based on a great idea by my Co-Creator Cole Gray, on The Shape’s Motivations, decided to create one, it was one of the best filmmaking experiences I’ve had and it turned into a family affair as my daughter is acting in the film alongside myself.
