Hello everyone!
I’ve got a crazy idea. In the past, I’ve been a member of a Pink Floyd fan forum, filled with hundreds of musicians. It was someone’s bright idea to throw together a “tribute album” of fans covering the bands songs. I contributed some songs, and a CD was compiled and leeched amongst the community.
I’ve been involved in a few bands, and have written and directed a few features and also composed my own music for them.
I thought, wouldn’t it be a great idea to get HALLOWEEN FANS to cover various themes and musical elements from the Halloween films?
If any of you have any musical talent, I ask you to come up with your own take on the Halloween Theme, The Shape Stalks Laurie, or ANY OTHER musical element in the Halloween films. I will then gather them, choose the best (we can come up with some kind of voting system or something) and compile them onto a CD (or several CD’s) that I can unleash unto the community. This is simply for fun, but if anyone is interested, post in this thread and let us know.
I thought it would be fun to show everyone’s creative side, musically, and have a fan compilation of Halloween music.
