I’ve seen a ton of Halloween Fan Films on the internet but none of them, to my knowledge, has even attempted to try and recreate one of the best shots of the entire movie: Michael Myers lowering himself down from the ceiling behind his sister, ready for the kill. So I decided to take a shot at it. Here’s the link to the video. (Going to re-film it for my fan film once I get my TOTS H2 mask in the mail).
I remember a lot of complaints about that shot. Too silly people thought it looked.
I actually admired it. It was something he’d never done before. Don’t get me wrong, there have been movies where killers have hidden in the ceiling but I just find that shot in H20 cool and creepy.

When I saw it in H20 I was like wow, that’s amazing and new yet so classic Myers.
When I saw it in Resurrection carbon copied I died a little inside.
Nice work bro. I’d just say it lingered a little too long on his face. Those black eyes are really scary but I think the shot would work a little better if it wasn’t for as long. The shadow and feet were epic though.
