I gotchu bro, I’ve done some research myself.
It’s most notably known as ITC Franklin Gothic, issuing an italic or heavy version would bring you the closest versions, and in terms of the black undertext in HIII, that’s just a setting you can do depending on the software you are using (google docs, word, Apple Pages, etc.)
