Hi, This is my first post so I think I have put it in the correct section. Does anyone know of where I can watch this film? I saw the trailer and it looked super interesting (own twist on the man in black, and good camera work). I honestly would even just love a plot summary from someone or something. It looks so interesting. Thank you.
I couldn’t tell you. As far as my knowledge goes, it was a 1999 fan film? It will be basically impossible to come across in this day and age, but I wish you the best of luck and if you find it, let me know! I’ll keep an eye out aswell
thank you for the reply! first time on this website. hoping to still find it somehow. The trailer still is on youtube. so maybe someone has it somewhere hahah.

Halloween Inferno is mainly the object of the determination of its director TJ Shaw (alias Des Shaw, also actor in the film) to make recognize his work. Halloween director The Offspring (1996) and Halloween Inferno (1997), Des Shaw wanted to follow the universe painted in Halloween 6 - The Curse (1995), the only film of the saga to dive head first towards the origins of the croquemitaine. For this, he creates a new generation of characters, directly inscribed in the film’s registry from which he is inspired.
David Loomis, son of the famous psychiatrist, is the worthy heir to the knowledge of his late father. Determined to fight evil, David is accompanied by Jennifer Myers, the ‘obsolete’ daughter of the croquemitaine (probably born from the dubious experiences of the Thorn sect). Both will have to face the satanic sect, led by Dr. Wynn’s son, and Michael Myers, who is back on his feet for a new bloody odyssey in the streets of Haddonfield.
If the appearance of such characters seems a little drawn by the hair, the recipe works rather well. Remember that we are facing an amateur film, shot 10 years ago, without budget or technical team. The image proves it very quickly, followed closely by a half-tone soundtrack. The film, evidently shot in English, exposes in its first minutes a broken young man who confides to the camera in a monologue aiming to situate the story. Son of Dr. Loomis, David was ‘perfumed’ thanks to a compact disc containing all the secrets of his father. This is crucial information that Thorn wants to recover. A new man in black track David Loomis, but Jennifer Myers’s unexpected help will allow him to earn points. Fruit of one of the first medical experiments of the sect, Jennifer is almost in the image of the croquemitaine: stoic, unshakeable, immortal and attracted by the taste of the murder. The difference lies in her desire to fight evil, and the girl is equally gifted with speech.
Soon after, Wynn junior and his faithful acolytes, including the man dressed in black (excellent style-taking, make this character very credible camouflaged, unlike those who appear bare faces on the screen), Dave and Jennifer to have recourse to cunning in order to extricate himself from the claws of the sect determined to lay hands on the secret of Loomis.
Although the film fiercely emphasizes the desire to be original while drawing inspiration from Halloween 6 , we regret from the start the lack of rhythm of the métrage, which is not helped by the interpretation of comedians. Shot by an amateur team of rock metal fans, Halloween Inferno takes the lead in the action movie, with many fights and shootings under the guise of somewhat violent musical pieces.
Michael Myers will be resurrected in a somewhat absurd but effective way (it’s already better than in Halloween 5 !) But will blur the image under a grotesque and systematic grain of gore. Brain-brained, tripe waterfalls, etc … one has the impression more of watching a carnage way Lucio Fulci than a film of anguish way Night of the Masks ! Des Shaw 's footage is inspired primarily by Halloween 6 , which was already relatively gore, but the murders in Halloween Inferno have all the excuse, since all the victims will have previously only had time to appear at the " image with (without exaggerating) a few seconds in advance, just before perishing under the monster’s pate. But Michael Myers is not the only one to crack down in Inferno Halloween . His worthy daughter is also a fan of blows of the blade, not to mention the followers of the sect, always ready for some wild killings (blows of scalpel or revolver) but to questionable interest.
In short, Thorn’s shadow hovers over all the footage, which one would have preferred with more anguish than action (especially if it is to hear sounds of pre-recorded blows and punches and relatively false). Myers sulks the camera a little, and does not appear to her advantage. The actors are not very good (only the man in black pulls the game, until the end), the effects are tinkered fast but show a good deal of goodwill (although the recipe only works every second). Perhaps it is imperative to have seen Halloween The Offspring to understand all the lines of Halloween Inferno … In any case, the director’s fervor to make his film known is praiseworthy of all praise, and it is hoped that the mysterious final will quickly lead to a more thorough and more operational footage in shivers.
Just got into contact with a youtube user I know for sure has a copy. He sent me the contact of the creator, I sent him a message and never got a reply. I hope the youtuber shares his copy.
Ask that YouTube user if hell take a trade. I have every version of Halloween, and when I say every version, I mean it. 6 different versions just of Halloween 6. If he will, I’ll trade for it and everyone here can have it.
Hi, sorry about the late reply, I’ve posted a comment on one of his new videos in case he didn’t see my messages, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. After seeing the film years ago, I don’t want it to fade away into lost media obscurity, as this guy might have one of only a handfull of copies left in existence, hopefully not the only copy left.
UPDATE
Looking through some old threads, user “Freddymyers101” posted about some Halloween DVDs he bought and one of them was Halloween Inferno. He hasn’t been active since 2011 so it’s unlikely he’ll get back to my message but at least this confirms there’s more than 1 copy in existence. Now if only we could find someone on ioffer (where i remember seeing copies for sale in the early 2000s) who still has the file and might produce more copies to buy.
I have it but won’t upload or anything due to issues with ownership. I could do a couple screenshots or something like that but otherwise I wouldn’t feel comfortable. Only chimed in really to be clear I’m sure there are several copies (relatively speaking).
Some screenshots would be great! Would you consider sending me a personal dvd copy to watch? I’ll cover the cost of the disc and shipping. I won’t upload it until I can get written permission from Shaw himself. Just want to see it again as it’s been about a decade.
I can do a few shots. I wouldn’t have an issue sending a copy but only if we can get Shaw’s permission first. He may still have a few and can sell you one, that should be the first thing to inquire about. Either way it has to be his call.
