Halloween Kills Coverall weathering Question.

Ordering some coveralls to weather for my H Kills cosplay. Any tips on weathering the burn marks on his left shoulder? I thought of a couple ideas but I’m not sure what I should go with. Also, any good suggestions on some good affordable blood paint? Anything helps! (Image below is by @_creepycustoms on instagram)

Try Liquid latex and mix it with black.

I’m testing out a method I hear kast masks talk about. I’m using an old pair of redkaps, so it might look different on workrites, but I sprayed it with some Rust Oleum clear coat, then went and sponged on some black acrylic with a dot of dark brown. Im going to add some liquid latex to it later on and see how that looks.

I think black and grey mixed with latex is definitely the key to the effect. I also grabbed some pieces of toilet paper and covered them up to stick on and shape for those bigger pieces. definitely gonna use this method for when i use the actual coveralls.
