With some exceptions, security guards are not trained to do anything other than put eyes on a property and report to the Police and Property Managers. They don’t engage with anybody, physically. An 80 yr old ex-sheriff could be better qualified to do this than a 22 yr old on Instagram all shift.

They said they made two 78s for a flashback scene I’m not sure if they will be used or a new 78 might have been made . I do hope they film the moment loomis shots Michael they planed to film from above and even rebuilt the bedroom that would be cool to see. They refilmed the shooting at the start of h2 when you see him from outside the house fall off the balcony
It would be genuis thinking if they knew they were filming flashback scenes and so had TOTS put out a 78 mask which they could use for those scenes without any legal issues involving Shatner
I really don’t want to see anything regarding the ending of H78 being re-shot. I’m good with the flashbacks if we get to see other instances of stalking which is what appears to be happening.

Agreed, I’m fine with flashbacks but one thing I absolutely never want to see is Michael being captured by police. I still think Halloween 2018 completely ruined Michael’s mystic by having him found after falling off the balcony. Just have him disappear and reappear on Halloween after 40 years. It’s certainly not the most unbelievable decision the franchise could have done at this point and it’s a lot scarier than Michael Myers, evil personified, the boogeyman, submitting to a bunch of ill-equipped Haddonfield police officers.
Oh, wow, I had no idea that Brackett was coming back! I thought the actor had retired. I saw him at a horror convention about 3 years ago, where he had a sign saying that would be his final convention appearance.
I think they’re gonna heavily reference H2 for Kills, Brackett turns up to Laurie in HMH, and they have Lonnie get scared, in a little scene, then Brackett should try get her out, but Laurie gets killed in act 2
Nothing will happen with Laurie and Michael until Halloween Ends. “The saga of Laurie Strode and Michael Myers isnt over” hehe
Honestly this wouldn’t surprise me. I feel like Kills will barely be about the Strodes. Ever since it was said that this movie is about how a “culture/community copes” or whatever, I feel like this’ll be about other characters (Lonnie, Tommy, Lindsay, Brackett) and so forth…

I wonder if they will have a mini-massacre at the hospital and a Laurie/Michael chase scene just to kind of “re-add” Halloween II (81) into the mix. I know Green is a fan of Halloween 2 and really wanted to keep that movie in continuity with H18 but the sister angle and the ending were obstacles too difficult to overcome.
I don’t think it would have been hard to include H2 into H18. All they had to do was say that on Halloween night 78, Laurie was taken to HMH. She was so hysterical they gave her meds to calm her down, and she woke up the next morning screaming that Michael was in the hospital killing everyone. Basically H2 was all a dream that Laurie had that night.
