These shots really ignite the fire for this film again! By the way, James Jude Courtney said he spends a lot more time out of the mask in this film. The countdown feels like it starts now for me.
He has to get a new mask anyways, haha

Just saw the trailer! Some of the dialogue soungs great! Looks like some major improvements in lighting and atmosphere from 2018. Although I am concerned - the Shape seems to be operating at a Rob Zombie H2 level of brutality.

Hopefully it’s good. I give the 2018 film a 6/10 rating. There was good and bad. So while I’m excited to see Halloween (or any movie really in a theater since the pandemic lol) I’m tempering my expectations. But I’ll be ready to sit in a dark theater with my popcorn, candy and drink and enjoy a Halloween flick and do my critiquing afterwards 
Pretty typical reaction to any trailer for me tbh. I never get too hyped from them. Just cool to see some new things but they always show too much.
I’m refusing to watch this one. The last film was kinda given away by the trailer.
Imagine how effective the closet scene in 2018 would’ve been had they not revealed Michael was hiding in the closest. That’s why I’m not watching it

It really does not. It shows a lot, but it does not show the whole thing. Still some surprises and lots of kills.

These movies were hyped as a return to basics yet we’re return to Halloween 4-Ressurection again.
the sibling storyline, sucks, the main reason H2 81 is popular, is because it happens on the same night
Rather neat they use the original house, looks like there is inspiration from Dave Mcrae’s halloween concept here
Didn’t suck, mainstream audiences see Myers and Strode as siblings, even in the first movie. that isn’t for debate.
Only hardcores in the last 15-20 years on the net have disliked it, as contrarians or due to influence from Carpenter who hated it.
