So for an interesting project, I though of my favorite Halloween story: Nightdance. For those who know, you know. For those that don’t, I highly recommend reading! It’s essential Halloween/Michael Myers to me. I found out the artist, Tim Seeley, was going to be at a local con so I immediately planned it out trying to adapt the comic design as best I could.
Thankfully it was mostly easy: it’s evocative of the og. Green coveralls, white mask, etc. The only thing was what mask to use? I looked for blanks to make my own eyecuts, but settled on repainting and rehairing a TOTS Boogeyman mask. The coveralls are spruce green Red Kaps, though I’d prefer something with a lower waistband since mine hugs me in a funny way, so if you have any recommendations let me know! The boots are Brahma work boots weathered to capture the muddy brown look of the comic boots.
Here’s the mask (after I tweaked it a second time for a second con)
And here are pics from two different cons. You can see the original hair styling. For some reason in person, the hair looked fine but in the pics the hair looked way bigger? Dunno what that’s about, so again if you know, let me know!

Let me know what you all think?
