Halloween plans?

My wife and I are taking the littlest to the mall because my daughter is scared shitless of everything and doesn’t want to walk around the neighborhood again after last year. Kind of sad because I always liked walking around my dads neighborhood. Alot of people participate and set stuff up and have small little walkthroughs of their garage and such. Plus (I guess Im getting old) some people have coolers of drinks they give out to the adults walking their kids around. Great southern hospitality. I get sick of walking and need a drink instead of more candy lol Its cool to see some parts of the neighborhoods still celebrate it. You go to some areas and its dead as F out. So this mall thing will be a first for me. I cant remember the last time Ive even been to the mall lol I wont be putting on the costume this year because I dont have one that fits. Wish I did because all Ill be seeing is slutty dressed teeny bopers and dudes that just spray their hair green or some dumbshit like that. Ive always wanted to be something scary. Since I was a kid. Thats the whole point of Halloween isnt it?; Dress up scary, ring the doorbell, scare the S*** out of them, get candy, repeat. But when you think about it, under 18 year old girls with their a** hanging out is pretty scary. No way in hell are my daughters doing that. Sorry, rambling. So thats what Im doing. Going to the mall. Yay. I wonder if the mall candy store will be giving out candy, or Ill still have to buy it…we’ll see. Hope everyone else’s plans are exciting as mine lol HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!!

I wish we had that southern hospitality here in NY! It’d be clutch to have coolers every few neighborhoods to get a drink. And I hear you man, it’s disappointing how things have changed. Before they got sick I planned on taking my nephews out trick-or-treating but it’s the same deal here; they have “Safe Halloween” where the malls and local stores hand out candy to kids. It’s cool because they still allow them to dress up in masks but man nothing will ever replicate that feeling of throwing on a scary mask and walking door to door with my father and brother. I cherish those memories more than anything

Yeah man, I do too. I still do! Lol I really am a big kid and I always liked trick or treating, and through the years of my 3 other older kids. I always liked walking with them, letting them go up to the door while I hang back, then slowly walk up to get them, or hide behind the bush or whatever. And scare the homeowners lol But I guess thats over for now. Maybe when she gets a bit older shell want to walk the neighborhood again. I sure hope so, Im not ready for it to end dammit!

I’ve already kicked mine off since I got out of work a few hours ago. I’m getting a little buzzed up, watching a ton of horror movies right now. Then when I wake up I’ll be working on another little repaint and rehair project for a bit. After that I’m heading over to my girlfriends place so we can hand out candy to the trick or treaters while we binge on more horror movies, maybe carve some pumpkins, and finish the night off with another viewing of the new H18. Might break out the remastered remake of the original Resident Evil game if time allows! I hope everyone is having a safe and happy Halloween!

I’ll probably dress up as 78 Myers and hand out candy but we don’t usually get a lot of “trick-or- treaters” in my neighborhood unfortunately. Thinking about seeing Halloween 2018 again for the third time but not quite sure yet. Other than that I plan on watching all of the Halloween movies on AMC and enjoying a pint or two of Ben and Jerry’s.

I’m gonna be dressed as The Shape from h40 with my buds, who are also dressed as slashers. We’re gonna be walking around the neighborhood scaring people. We’ve gotta speaker and we’re gonna be playing various horror movie sound tracks. It’s gonna be rad!

Had the day off!! Went and saw H40 with my daughter tonite for the second time. Now home relaxing watching slasher flix
