Hi guys. So the night before, I had a nightmare about the Boogeyman chasing me through my neighborhood on Halloween and wanting to kill me. However, he didn’t really look like Michael, he looked more like a creeper, more disturbed and rotten Michael. His mask looked like the Ends mask, however, the rot was way worse than what he was portrayed in Ends. There were brown spotty part where it was rotting, the mask seemed like a crunchy piece of leather. It was almost like the mask was melting the Michael face. His coveralls were also rotting. They faded from a charcoal Grey to a almost light Grey brown. There were holes in the coveralls and you can see his flesh that started to fall off and turn black. This included his hands. Yesterday, I thought of the dream and though “that will be a cool concept”. So, I found a random Ends mask lying around that didn’t really have that much detail and started my conversion. I cut this mask up, applied heat, and ripped it. This is where I am at so far. If you guys want to give me suggestions on what to do with this mask, it is highly appreciated.

You could use just straight acrylic paint let it dry, and then do some bending and cracking to the paint by just bending the mask by hand, I’ll try to think of other ideas, sounds like raw umber and black will be your best friends for making it look disgusting.
I would suggest painting latex and acrylic the whole inside of the mask and then plastidipping, all of those rips could use support.
