This is debatable but I think the first ever clay press of a 75 was Sam McCain’s Shape81, just the face though. The ears are obviously a resculpt.

Fortunately nowadays there are noninvasive ways to replicate something with 3D printers. Too bad that wasn’t as accessible when that beautiful vintage Kirk was destroyed
