Hey Myers Fans,
New to the forum here just reaching out to the community to see if I can get a bit of insight and help. Just recently picked up an Elrod mask from TOTS. I’m looking to customize the mask in a Dick Warlock fashion (as I have a wider face and tend to stretch the mask the way Warlock did) I’m fine with the painting and weathering of the mask and I’m confident in my artistic abilities in that sense.
My question is (which has probably been beat to death) the hair on the Elrod mask is much to dark for my liking and I’m looking to change it. I’m not looking in re-hairing the mask as this will be a mask I wear this Halloween. I’m just looking for what other people have done to change the hair that’s already on the mask. So if anybody has any products they used (including the color) and where they got it. Any help would be appreciated and sorry if this is a topic that has been buried. I plan on posting my work after all is said and done.
