Help identifying Mask

I purchased a mask from maskmaker productions quite a few years ago but a different mask was sent than what I originally ordered so I am not sure which mask I actually received. Obviously it must be the “27” #4 mask but I’m not sure what that means. Anyone else have one like this?

I originally ordered H75 but then they said it was out of stock and I got this instead with no documentation

I can 100% say that your mask has lineage to the billy kirkus kirk. I don’t know exactly which mask it is, but it’s most likely an mmp “the nightmare”
