Alright so i have a small problem. The cryptco warlock is a tad bit tight on my face, causing my eybrows to show a bit in the eye cutouts, also the mask doesnt look nearly as great on me compared to when my little niece wheres it. My question is, if I cut the slit, will that help a bit? Also, what do I use to cut the mask, a blade, knife, scissor? Sorry for asking dumb questions but Id like it to have a bit more loose than what it has. Thanks.
I own a cgp warlock SE but I doubt cutting the back of the mask will do anything
I just say reconcile your loses and get a new mask
sorry if that sounds rude but just opinion
Thanks for the feedback. I read somewhere that extending the slit will help a bit, i do notice that the slit on my CGP St. Nick is slightly more than my warlock, and the st.nick fits me fine. It was actually a bit too big for me so i had to apply velcro. Its no biggie, I bought the warlock for display purposes mostly, and I do need a serious haircut. Im pretty positive with short hair the warlock will fit me just fine next halloween.
Long hair really gets in the way
It makes a huge difference when cut short. Also i hate it when the hair sticks to the velcro…such a pain.lol
You will need sharp scissors, not normal ones for the slit. Be sure to end the slit with a leather hole puncher
I used a Leather punch to make a hole about 1 1/2 inches high for a slit and an exacto knife to cut up to that point because my Boogeyman75 mask was a little tight. Let me tell you it made a world of difference. Not only did it go on easier but it gained back the look it is supposed to have when on Display!! Do it!!
Cut it with a good pair of hair cutting scissors.Do not pull the latex.let it lay loosely and cut it.If you pull either side it will be jagged. You can use a hole punch(even though leather punch is 10 times better).I have several times. If it does not go completely through finish it with a pair of very small scissors. The extra slit will make it fit better…
