I know the 8" J.A. Henckels International Chef’s Knife (31161-200) was used in 2018. However, I came across this same knife, same model number with different engraving on the blade. The stock photo on this forum says, “CLASSIC X50 CR MO V15.” As you can see in my attached photo I came across the same knife - same model, but instead of saying classic… it says “NO STAIN.” I’ve even see one that doesn’t have either of that. So, can anyone verify the specific marking on the knife used in the movie? Is it the Classic or could be the No Stain or something else?
