This is a stunt fire axe seen in Rob Zombie’s 2009 follow-up horror film Halloween II. The axe can be seen early in the film as Michael continues his killing spree on his savage hunt for his sister Laurie (Scout-Taylor Compton.) The axe is made of foam rubber for actor’s safety on the set; the handle has been painted to resemble wood, whereas the blade itself is painted red with silver edges giving it a metal look. The blade’s tip still has traces of dried fake blood, evidence of Michael’s murderous rampage while wielding it. The axe has light paint chipping due to production use and storage but overall is in very good condtion, and measures 36” (91cm) long with a blade of 12” (31cm) in length…$1,495.00
