I think H3D might be the final movie in the remake sequels. 'Cause this movie won’t be as good if Rob isn’t directing or writing it.

Well when I watched the dissapointing H2 I thought to myself “Rob ended the series right there, there is no comming back from that atrocious ending” but then they start talking about Halloween 3 already so I guess it all depends on how Halloween 3 does at the box office
I’m eager for another so long as they keep it dark and brutal like Rob’s films…no cheesy shit like H8. I also hope Tyler is back as Myers. I know many here agree he was one of the best if not THE best Myers since Warlock.
RZ’s H2 broke even in the US and will make its gains in Europe and on dvd. Halloween will always be a lucrative endeavour so the sequels will come.
I’d love to see Rob back at the helm but most likely that won’t happen.
We’ll have to wait for more OFFICIAL news to come out until then we’ll have to listen to a few blowhard windbags who have a million relatives married or employed to/by people “on the inside”. I’m sick of the rumour mongers.

Um…I disagree. Im far from the only one here who thought RZ’s H2 was a great film; I also never declared it a box office hit…I think what I stated was fair…any profits will have to be garnered from European box office intakes and dvd sales.

I was just informed that the overseas take, if any, will NOT go towards this films domestic grand total, but instead will be going to the “clean up” of their overseas offices being shut down. Those employees have severence packages and agreements via contract for if/when they’re let go. So, to further burst your little proverbial bubble, the overseas take is going towards TWC’s bankruptcy in that market.
