my 3RD baby girl will be born on January 27th by C-section. as long as she can be stablized (has enough lung tissue to breathe) then she will be immediately transported to Childrens Hospital for her surgery on the following day. Her surgery will move her stomach from her chest cavity, and close her hernia. because of her condition, her heart is not on the left of her chest but instead on the right side. her stomach is where her heart should be. This leaves little room for her lungs to develop, and we will not know if she will be able to breathe until she is born. it is a very serious condition, and the drs do not know what caused it. but i know that if she can be stablized and transported to childrens, that she will be in the best hands there. the dr’s and staff there are fantastic. i just wanted to fill everyone in to give a heads up, if you pray, please pray for my baby girl… the drs say that it is more likely that she will not survive… so PLEASE keep her in your thoughts and prayers… we need all that we can get! thank you…

I’m so sorry for this my friend. Your daughter will be in my and my families thoughts. When my nice was born she had the exact same issue down to the letter and she did pull through. Don’t lose hope and we are all here for you.

These are very troubling times for you and your family no doubt, but we must lean on God for our understanding, trusting in Him, and knowing that He has a purpose for all he does and allows.
