I personally live outside of the US as I know some of you other members do.
I’ve been hesitating about pre-ordering the 2018 mask, as I had a bad experience with the size of the Elrod.
I was at TOTS website moments ago to see what the shipping rate for Denmark(Northern Europe) would be and just as most other American shipping couriers - the rate is straight out ridiculous(45-60 US dollars, shipping to Denmark) 
!.
With that in mind I contacted madabouthorror.com which is a website based in the U.K. and they told me that they WILL be taking pre-orders, but are just waiting confirmation from TOTS to start doing it.
I’d just wanted to share this info to all you guys living outside of the US as you can save a lot of kroner, pounds, euros or whatever your currency is - SO you can spend them on some other sick shit than shipping rates
