He is. It’s a very carefully crafted ponytail, combined with hat, to sell the illusion lol. He’s bald on top and grew out the sides and back for his ponytail look. I’ve seen him a couple times without the hat, but it’s rare to see him without it.
I included a photo of him from the back where you can see under the hat that he is in fact bald on top. So the person who posted that hes not and rocking a ponytail, was fooled by his illusion lol. Hey, I would do the same thing, or else just shave it all off, one or the other! Lol
