My noggin is 21.5”. I need to know if the h4 is going to be wobbly on my child sized head.

No, the tots H4 is around the same size as the H40. In some cases smaller. But in general, it’s in the same ballpark as the H40.

Oh yeah it’s definitely quite a bit smaller than the Boogeyman.

I think the H4 would fit your head perfect. I have a 23.5 inche head and the while I can get the H4 on it is very snug where is the Boogyman fits perfect and the H78 is to large. The mask that fits me best is the new H4 poster mask

The H4, at least the copy I have, is certainly larger in size than the H40. The H40 fits my face about as snug as can be without being uncomfortable. Almost as if it was cast off of my own head. The H4, on the other hand, has plenty of wiggle room.

the halloween 4 mask is about 24" inches

Now see, mine’s the opposite. While the H40 fits like yours, my H4 squeezes my face and is uncomfortable to wear.
