Now that he has my money he responds too nothing. I’ve had somthing similar happen too me with Dan Drista that has never been resolved as well as countless other things in my 10 years of collecting online. He’s had my money for several months now. I almost never try too take these things too the boards because it seems too just make it that much harder too get what’s rightfully yours, but Im running out of options. I found his phone number and left a messege on his machine, Now I think he has blocked my number. I try too convince myself there arnt too many bad people in this hobby and say “his computer might be down, he may be sick” or whatever, but it’s been too long and Ive tried too hard too reach him. I don’t wish too go too the police, but I think that’s my next best bet. So if anyone hear knows him send along the messege. If anyone hear has had problems with him please post it, and If anyone has any idea of a better way too go about this than the one Im taking now than please share it with me. By the way, I also got scammed by Dan Drista. As did a bunch of other guys on here. I thought there was going to be a suit opened on him, but I’m not sure whatever came of it. Seems like in this hobby if you get screwed it’s just enough to piss you off, but never enough to be worth opening any kind of legal suit. It’s annoying to say the least.
Ive called Dan before and he just hung up on me after I said who I was. After that he never answered his phone again. Mike Callahan is on my Poop List right now. I spent some good money on a MASK I wanted. I really don’t wan’t a refund, I wan’t what I paid for. Bry your tottally right Indiana is making a great name for themselves these days. As far as legal pursuits go most people that have a good income miss a day or 2 out of work for legal assistants loses more than they spent in hopes too fight within the system for a latex Halloween Mask. Road trips might make more sense I don’t know

There was suppose to be a guy i think he got ripped by Dan on the dented helmet, and he had connections on the east coast to start the legal ball rolling, but it never happened.

Some people somtimes find themselves in bad finiacial states and can’t afford too ship items or whatever is holding them back in completing a deal, but this is a bit different the guy is without a doubt dodging me on a mask that he has in his possession that I paid for. I have all my emails with him saved as well as emails statng he recieved payment and will be sending…then the emails came of the delays and then the emails stopped…I bet that sounds familar too alot of you…
Yeah it really suks pals,Sorry Kenny,Bryan.i have had pretty fair luck,but like everyone i got it stuck to me by T.Lambert.What’s up?So many years and such great work?can’t understand it.Oh i just got scammed by Bob Anfuso from that Fucked up stuff store Should just call it you just got fucked.I paid him with PP and he kept me in the loop right until that 45 day mark where you can’t file a claim.There are still alot of good pepole to deal with although it’s dwindeling.Communication really helps in this hobby.Does MM.Net have a shit list of scammers,probably not allowed,but it would be nice to have some one kinda of weigh these things and put out warnings.it would take a lot of time i bet,be cool.
stop getting technical…Don’t tell me you clicked on this thread too simply tell me that, You were looking out for yourself so you wouldnt get scammed. Just be glad you guys get too see things like this before there hidden on these boards…
There is no reason a pre made mask is taking 45 days to get to. After 4 weeks I think a claim filed is in order. We need a mask bounty hunter, someone step up.
Sorry to hear that bro! I feel your pain! and it seems like there is a lot of that going around! but from now on I am just sticking with the people who I trust!
