Never say never. I mean how many people thought this whole mess would’ve happened and that Terry would become a con artist and that CGP would essentially turn into MMP part deux(well more than 2).
Did Nik keep a copy of the 30 year mold he made for Terry? I would assume he did in case the original got lost in the mail. Maybe he could complete those orders for a reasonable fee. I don’t expect he would do it for free. I seem to remember him saying he would do what he could.
From my understanding the Jay Allen Mask and 30th mask were 2 different projects/masks. Now Nik has his own special Kirk mask coming out. That being a 3rd. I can’t really see how he is still going to have the time ( if he even has the mold or molds ) to do this for anyone as he is promoting his own mask.
Does anyone know where the 2 molds ended up?

I am not surprised at all by any of what Terry has done. He has run a business built on recasting this whole time.
Now, as far as Nikolas is concerned, I was unaware of these accusations, and it is upsetting to think that people would start a rumor like this. Like Chad said, Terry paid Nik to sculpt one thing for him. That in NO WAY makes them personally close on any level. It was one professional exchange, that eventually went terribly awry. But this mess was solely Terry’s fault and responsibility to mend, and he has made no efforts to do so. Nikolas produces some of the most amazing masks I have seen, and his work ethic is simply outstanding. From what I can gather, he is one of the nicest people in the business, and I would NOT question his integrity and even consider the possibility that he is in on this ordeal, unless some crazy proof WAS presented. And i do know that that is not going to happen, so people, consider what Nik is doing for this community, and think twice before unfairly pointing your fingers.
So post proof then how hard is that, should be fairly easy and would put these couple debates to rest very easily and quickly. These are just questions but nobody is getting really answers just the run around and the same answers people once gave for the same kinda questions brought up about cgp. I also have nothing against Nik at all but it would make sense to dump a mask outside the country if need be, exspecially if its hot.

I’m sorry but I have to agree with Darby, there’s too many elephants in the room. I know I don’t have too many fans here but I do give a damn, like Darby says, I care, I don’t even have any money tied in this mess, but I want to see this thing resolved, I want to come in to these threads one day and see that somebody has attempted to make this things right, either people get their masks, or get their money, the shit bothers me. I don’t even feel comfortable posting and chopping it up about peoples masks and collections because of all the sycophantic bs that goes on here, I don’t know what to think.
I don’t think there is a conspiracy going on, but my thing is why don’t you use what ever resources you have to try and rectify this HUGE situation before you begin pitching another project at people. Try to restore the faith that has been lost in this trade by what Terry did. Try to rectify things.

I’ll make a post about the subject. Why didn’t Jay send the mask to Kelly Mann or some other respected mask restoration expert? Why did he send it to a MASK MAKER. Why was the Jay Allen Kirk project announced? Did Jay intend to have Terry cast his mask? What is the story behind that?
You know I did pose the same question if that was the original plan or not. Since making a run of mask in someones name is fairly blatent that it was recasted lol
