the value of a mask is in the eye of the mask holder. does it mean it is actually worth what the seller is asking? not at all. not to take a shot at anyone here or anyone who has ever sold any item for 5 times what they gave for it but that fits the deffinition of greed. in a market base 100% profit is rare and thats doubling your money.
i could ask $1500 for my Haddonfield Slasher. does it mean its worth that much? not by a long shot. if i asked that price for it should i be called crazy and greedy? by all means i think i should.
God I love the KH/DW! Maybe someday! and will all the complaining stop for once about the price? This is one of the best masks out there, it’s well worth it IMO.
I came up with the project and proposed it to Ken, who at the time, was in the middle of a big move, and like all of us, was in need of extra funds. It had to be a small run, so that he didn’t get overwhelmed, and it had to be worth it for him to do it.
Well, as most true fans can see, it was, and he nailed this mask. The result was fantastic!
DW has given it 2 thumbs up for God’s sake, and believe me, he’s very picky about the look of the H2 mask. He knows what looks bang on and what looks off, as he owned the HERO for 25-plus years!
Right down to the paint and hair, this thing SCREAMS H2!!
