There are definitely 2 different sizes made. I have a rather large head being I’m 6’5, 250. I tried on multiple different masks, most fit the same, with a little difference here and there, however, there were 2 or 3 masks that I literally could not pull down over my head. And they were just noticeably tighter.
Just wanted to post a pic for all my bigger dudes out there, that it should fit, sometimes weird ( bottom of the chin area ) but overall, I could definitely wear this mask for like an hour or so without dramatically having to take it off.
Also wanted to include that EVERY single tots mask there had a VERY noticeable different paint job. Almost as if they didn’t even care if they looked similar or not .

The 3 masks I have are pretty similar with the paint. All 3 came from different locations. I mentioned the size issue as well, it’s the pull that creates the size issues.
It’s a gamble, people have to do exactly what you are doing, trying them on in a store where you can choose from a batch.
And the chin in the neck is great for the Castle stretch. I would view it as a positive.
I wish I had taken more pics, they had a row of about 8-10 masks, each one looked completely different paint job wise.
I’m not knocking the stretch at all! Gave it a more glove like fit!
And exactly! I had to go there myself to see it, because I’ve heard they were made in different sizes, I figured “how much of a difference can it be?” Sure enough it was actually a huge difference! Good thing I tried a batch of em on.
Great to know! I hope I find one that fits, I heard there are two sculpts, one with a longer face, and one with a wider face, now I’m curious as to which sculpt has the bigger size
