I figured Id make a Build thread here since I’ve been on a real hype train with my H40 build. I’m still making tweaks left n right but here’s photos from todays session! Any questions about it ask away! I’ve put A TON of research on to this and I’ll update this constantly since I’ve been doing it in two Myers FB groups.

Why thank you!! Believe it or not this is a NAG mask, v2 of his take of the mask. It was finished by Shape Studioz, asked for the best hero look and he damm delivered! Its extra special and precious to me since he’s the first indie artist to finish it!

I love how much detail and effort Nagmasks puts into his 2018 sculpts. TOTS 2018 masks hardly have any detail put into their sculpts anymore, so it’s so nice to see a mask with deep cracks and so much detail like this. And Shapestudioz delivers on all the masks he paints, he just does incredible on them all, love both of their work.

Quite literally, the moment I found out I got in contact with him, and the rest is history!
And LITERALLY as well, worked at spirit Halloween last year and the 2018 masks we were selling, what a joke. And it was an insulting price tag given the lack of details now. And ive wanted to do H40 for sooooooooo long its so surreal its happened finally!

Today’s photo sesh. Admittedly I do have doubts about the build because Mikey is older and bigger, and I am NEITHER. But then its that TOP photo that makes me go, oh no I can Absolutely DO IT. I just need to pad myself, and bring out the old age look with my hands and neck

Awesome photos! You can definitely do it. If you wanted to make your hands look older, washing them a lot and scrubbing them can make them look wrinkly and rough, I should know because I wash my hands too much and that’s how they look now😂. And I’d recommend doing a makeup job around your neck

Thank you thank you!! And ill keep that In mind! I actually did take on the make up fx task for my hands and for my first time not too bad!!
But I’d definitely would want to add the wrinkles for that extra touch that’s for sure. It’s the little bits that matter BIG time. Im trying to figure that out with the neck too, since its very much visible and would look very outta place with out touch ups
