I personally, could not justify molesting such a beautiful, pristine, original condition piece. I’ve owned a DB2 that was haired with original Kirk hair, and I’m not a fan of it on a Myers mask. It looked cool on the mask, but I prefer a premium grade of mohair on my masks due to its ease of styling and all around knock out looks.
Would’ve been great if the hair kept growing from that werewolf…

Love that mask Jon! Definitely a rare one. There would be no way in hell I’d remove the hair… but then again I have a deep appreciation for vintage DP. There are too many other vintage DP’s out there that are in bad shape, where the hair can be salvaged for a Kirk replica. You just have to keep your eyes peeled. Keep that Wolfie lookin pristine!
