Well, after all the fun I’ve had sculpting my Doofy and my Part 7 Jason, I figured it was about time to add a KNB ghostface to my collection. For those of you not in the know, prior to Scream’s production acquiring permission to use the classic Gen 1 ghostface mask in the film, they contracted KNB EFX to make a legally distinct version of the mask.
Using some stellar reference images from Drowned Boy Productions, here’s where I was at about about 2 hours of blocking and shaping,
And then the smoothing began, another hour later and aside from some super minor tweaks, I’m pretty well ready to mould this beast. As always it’s a personal project and I don’t plan on selling any of them.
