For those of you who own prop knives what do you have, where did you get it? Ive tried contacting Dirtknap Fx to no avail so Im looking into other options. Im considering ordering a vintage Lamson from eBay and dulling it just for more authenticity.

Horror Express Studio’s on Facebook his name is Ryan. He just recently did a fresh batch of H78’s he can do a clean or bloodied version around $120. His response times are quick and he is a super nice guy. I highly recommend him!

Seems most everyone operates from Facebook now a days. Im gonna have to make an account I guess. I dont use social media whatsoever but looks like I gotta make one just for stuff like this huh?
Yeah man if you plan on purchasing anything horror related and want custom stuff done without waiting forever for responses etc you need to make a Facebook ASAP all the top dog artist are mainly using it and if you are very private you don’t have to make one with your exact name and all that just name it Horror Purchases or whatever you’d like. I mean if you just were using it to contact artist mainly.

I like to stay low-key. Not paranoid or anything I just feel like the world doesnt need to know me unless they KNOW me ya know, so Ill probably take your suggested route. Also holy balls Batman I just looked at his stuff and my GOD! Thank you for that recommendation. Im definitely buying from him. Now I dont know if I want clean, or bloody.

So small world man. I messgaed him, and I didnt even know I already knew him. I ordered a couple of Friday the 13th hocks from him a year or so ago.
Tim from Dirtknap FX hands down offers the best H1 knives on the market. He gets swamped with messages but if you message him on FB he will answer. It took me a while at first but now he replies within the hour. Nobody else comes close to his work honestly and if you’re going to spend over $100 anyway I’d go with the best. His wait time is much less now that Halloween is over
