Just recently I was discussing how much the lifecast was actually retooled by Malone, whether it be heavily or not so heavily. Upon researching this one of the things I noticed was that a flaw in the lifecast is actually included in some kirks, which I personally found super interesting. . I’m going to keep looking for more defects that were left!

Thanks, Nick! I’ve been on a “lifecast kick” lately and been wondering whether or not it was really tweeked during the sculpting phase, or if it has something to do with the old latex, master enlargement processes and how fast they were produced. It’s so interesting to see how it all translates to the latex. I’d love more of your input on it being how you have been making these masks for so many years
