So today after be prodded and poked by needles at the doctors I decided to hit some thrift stores around town. I found some cool halloween decorations but then I saw something poking out of all these costumes on the floor. So I went to look and well I was shocked, and excited. Check out the pics below and you will see my great score. What you think.

Great score! I found a copy of the same issue/variation at an old magic shop and I bought mine for 20 bucks so $3.25 is a huge steal. Yours is in a much better condition than mine. 
I was told that it was an '80s/'90s copy and it glows in the dark too.

Cool find. I think it’s a 90’s skull.
I can’t tell it’s if the not so rare 1990s version (those were stamped with the 67 date too) worth around twenty bucks or if it’s the ‘Ghost’ Skull that is yellow vinyl? Can you post some more pictures of it? If it’s the older vinyl version, it’s easily worth $200+. The front picture looks like the 1990s version, but the thickness and color of the mask on the neck slit makes it look sort of like the older, vinyl version.
I mentioned this in another thread about these masks.
Wasn’t the ‘slit’ on the original 67’ all the way up and took shape of the skull ‘crack’ whereas the 90’s version went just before the top of the mask and ended with a ‘hole punch’ ?
Is it latex or vinyl?
Here is some other photos. It is a thick pull, not thin. What was odd I noticed a price written inside with a wird name or something., written in chalk type pen. But either way original from when they first came out to the version from the 90’s still a great piece. But am crossing my fingers on hoping it is the original. It also glows, just realized it.

For $3.25 either way it’s good pickup. I would have snatched it up and asked questions later for sure 
I wish the thrift stores around here were as good. Anything you find in their little Halloween section is filled with stupid China masks that fit a 2yr old and feather boas
