What are some of the best styling techniques for mask hair? I am wanting to see if I can mat down the hair a bit on my newest addition to my collection, The Creep II from NOP to give it that grungy H2 look like my 99 Shat.

I put a plastic grocery bag over the mask then rub over the hair with my hand on top of the bag. Works good for me but theres prob some better tricks out there

I always take my fingers and lightly run them upwards against the flow of the hair to make the hair stick upwards.
I wanted to do the same… Member (Benny)
gave me some tips. Plastic bags or a beenie over it for a while.
use your fingers, brush or comb to gentle ruffle it up in multiple directions (keep patting it down)
lightly mist with febreeze… (be carful to only lightly mist over the hair area)
wait until it drys completely, ruff it up more, pat it down,
re spray, let dry, ruff it up, pat it down, spray, dry, ruff, pat… (keep doing this until your happy)
good luck
here are some before and after hair pics of mine…
I’m in love with that mask…
That is the NAG H4 cover isn’t it.
Hey man it’s simple the grocery bag method works and so does the beanie method. I personally just put all the hair back and take my finger and twirl the hair on the sides creating that 70’s Don Post hair look. If you don’t mind using some water or hairspray in the hair use some water and gel very small amount mix it in your hand and mat it down do the twirls make sure its good hairspray it make sure to keep it off the mask and wallah! It should look absolutely grungy if you did it right . Have fun with it and take your time unless you plan on sending it for a rehair.
. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
Thanks guys I’ll work with it once I return home from work in 8 days!

if you can find a plastic net at the grocery store…sometimes lemons or other produce comes in them…
water mist your hair and apply some hairspray…put the net on to mat your hair down…blow dry .
or i guess you try a hair net…scarf one from the nearest lunch lady
