The nightwatcher was the first non-mass produced mask I bought. The price was decent, and the turnaround was quick. This was about 3 years ago. However, I didnât get the mask I thought I was getting. It didnât look anything like the picture. I was pretty sure I wasnât going to ever purchase one from them again, but the one dudes story about the jizz in his mask has sealed the deal for me.
Yeah, The Phillipâs Bros. are and were a couple of daisies. What Billy said is quite possibly very true, as a former MMP employee said, he heard it from MMP themselves that they had done that to a couple of peopleâs masks. Even if it wasnât true, thatâs something you donât joke around about. Other stuff on how people would recieve empty boxes, or boxes with rocks in them. One person even got a box with a deflated basketball in it. Also, theyâre pictures are photoshopped. Back then they did the samething, and when people would finally get what they ordered(if they got what the ordered), it would look totally different.

Yes⌠i was the one that heard the story. A member of MMP was confronted by an irate customer who got ripped off. the MMP person was punched over the railing of a stair shaft and fell like 4 stories and yelled âNOOOOOOOO!!â on the way falling down⌠
As long as I live I will never buy another mask from MMP. They almost drove me away from collecting masks from the independent crowd. I got the run around from them for two years. Buyer Beware.

Wow I thought everybody heard the Gary the Maskmaker stories. He was one of the first to do Myers masks back in 98.(besides Sean Clark) Yeah he claimed that people that constantly emailed him and bugged him where there mask was every 2 seconds he waxed his candle in the mouth of there mask. Remember the HE mask. The stories are classic how people opened there mask box only to find a deflated basketball.This guy was classic. Every excuse in the book. There was something weird also with the young kid that hung around with them.Iâm glad someone paid him a visit and helped him down the stairs.
Those bastards ripped me off too. I ordered a SAMHAIN and an HE2 mask and never received either one of them. I was then promised a âfreeâ mask for the loooooooooooooooooong wait I endured and still enduring. Worthless. I was actually decent friends with Gary only because I was kissing his butt trying to get what I paid for.
He used to tell me that his brother ejaculated into the latex of a lot of early SAMHAIN masks. He said that a mask he sent Mike Thomas(KreationX) was one of the âChicken Chokinââ masks.
They are the reason I started The Great Mask Debate Forum. The forum was a huge success.

I also got ripped off by MMP, but did receive a mask 9 months after I ordered it.
I met so many good guys on the GMDF, it was almost worth all the MMP hassle.
I just ran accross this so sorry if Im late. Your right Chad, Im sure I was atleast ONE of the people you talked too about MMP back in the day. Kris very well could be another. The guy that punched Gary (I think thatâs the one he tagged) Is a member on this board and Im sure alot of you know him, but Iâm not going too give the guyâs name out. If he wantâs too let people know Im sure he will. As far as the Jizz on the mouth piece, well it is MMP. On top of that one more thing that hasnt been mentioned is that they use too Pee in the buckets of latex. That was another one of those guyâs trips at the time. I mean come on who doesnt wanât a mask made of mmpâs Pee and man fluid. The value of those older pieces must be skyrocketing.

I got ripped off by Gary, and his alter-ego Jerry as well. I ordered a Samhain in 02, and still havenât gotten it. I almost stopped collecting because of those freaks. I was unaware about all the other disgusting stories in this thread, but with those two, it really doesnât surprise me. There excesses on wait times were definitely ridiculous :finga: :finga: :finga:
