Hi there, has anyone been in contact with bry lately?? Im waiting on a tony mask and have emailed and pm’d him a load off times but no response. I’ve bought 2 other masks from bryan before so i have no doubts about him,its just getting some sorta word back from him is a nightmare. This is the only thing in this hobby that gets me down,you pay for a mask up front and you dont get any updates. Maybe he’s on vacation or something,if this is the case bryan then i apologise. I’ll give you another example, i paid for a leatherface blank months back,usps messed up and lost it somehow,so a replacement was arranged to be sent out,i got a pm from a well known mask maker on this forum(i’ll not mention no names because he’s been helpful to me most times) on friday saying he was on his way to the post office and he would pm me the tracking code,its now tuesday and still no word. This is really getting me down and im thinking about jacking this hobby in. Please any views would be appreciated.
same thing i went through with a tony blank, luckily got a refund months later. too bad its happening to you , thought i was the only one. later
This stuff is becoming far too common. I dont know much about masketcase studios though. I have never dealt with bry, but he seems to be a good guy
Bry is a good for his word i’m not saying your saying he’s not I think he is really busy trying to nail the medley Kirk project. I talk to him several times a week I will touch base with him for ya
i have emailed with Bry a couple times this week too…maybe your email is getting spammed??
I ordered a unhaired mask just a short time ago, and received an kind reply 2 days later.
so i hope my ordering is on its way to you Randall

It’s simple, SEVERAL mask makers NEED to communicate with customers & potential customers as well! It is a major growth area for them…

AGREED!!! I answer all my customers emails/pm’s the same day…usually within an hr or so…it’s just good customer service and keeps your customers happy!

Guys bry does have another job and he doesn’t sign on everyday. But if you email him he usually gets back to ya within a couple days unless your email goes to his spam which mine did a few times I’m not representing bry I’m just trying help is all.

Everything is well guys, Bryan has emailed me and the mask is on the way,he was just really busy. Bryan is a really nice guy to deal with and I would recommend him to everybody. It’s just that he’s always really busy which I understand now.
