Hi guys, I’ve decided that not only do I want to get a new mask but I also want to get new coveralls (because I grew out of my old pair) and a JC Lamson knife. So I have to get something cheaper than an H78 because I need money to get the knife and the coveralls. I would like to get a pair of Jungle Boots but they’re not a necessity because I have boots similar to them. After about 30 minutes of searching I have decided that I want to get a Mr. Murder from Masket Case Studios. I wanted to know what your guys opinions are on this mask and I would also like to see some pics of this bad boy! I can’t wait to get the money to buy it! Please post pics if you own a Mr. Murder! Hey you sound pretty excited about the Mr. Murder and that’s great, but just be prepared. You asked for opinions on the mask and here is mine. It’s small, small, small, small and I mean small 
I had one and was very disapointed in it. Bry told me it was 24"…I don’t know in what universe that mask is 24" or what system of measuring he’s using, but it’s no bigger that maybe 22". I have a 99 shatner and they run really small…the Mr. Murder was smaller than that
Imo you’d be WAY better off spending your money on a WAY more accurate and larger mask. Pictures of the Mr. Murder are very disillusioning.

Oh…well damn…Do you happen to know what size the DP Myers masks are? Because I happen to have a 2004 Myers that I converted into a Mr. Blister and it fits me snug and that’s how I like my masks to fit. I’m 5’8 BTW, if that helps determining how the mask will fit me

I sure don’t know the size on that one bro. Hopefully someone will chime in for you though. I’m sure you will get more oppinions on the Mr. Murder as well

I think most DP masks are pretty big are they not? because most are a “one size fits all” style…if a DP mask is snug, then your probably gonna want a larger size mask i would think…get a large size Devious V2 from HSS…they’re a good price and have a nice H1 look. They also come in a regular size too that might be good for you!

Well I just measured my head size and it’s a 23" so it looks like this is the mask for me! I want a mask with a snug fit and this one will do just that! I’m very excited now! 
Nevermind, I’m not excited. I just measured my DP that I was talking about and it’s a 24"…and that thing is pretty tight on me and my head is a 23"…so yeah I think it would be a bad idea to get the Mr. Murder. Thanks for the info guys! I’ve actually been considering a Devious also.

n was not happy with the wait time for my mask…
then when i left a neg comment bout the wait time on his ebay account
he got all pissy with me…he also owes me 50 bucks towards my next mask

I LOVED THIS MASK UNTIL I TRIED TO PUT IN ON…NO CHANCE IN HELL. AS NICK SAID, PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED THE MR MURDER WERE TOLD THE MASK WAS 24" BUT THAT CLEARLY WAS NOT THE CASE. SCULPT WISE THE MASK WAS PRETTY DECENT BUT ONCE WORN IT GETS DISTORTED & LOSES ALL FEATURES. AFTER DEALING WITH BRY & BEING “MISLED” IF YOU WILL TO BELIEVE IT WAS 24 INCHES IN SIZE & THEN 2 FIND OUT IT WAS 21.5-22INCHES @ THE MOST WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. NOT TO MENTION THE 7 MONTHS I WAITED WITH NO COMMUNICATION

It’s not a terrible mask, but it is small. As of recently, alot of people are having problems with Bryan, but I’ve never had a bad transaction with him.
I have also have heard stories (even outside of this thread) of people complaining that the MCS Mr. Murder was too small, and is supposed to be around 24’ but is really about 22’. If I were you, I would heed those warnings and take their advice, save up a little more cash and buy either a N.A.G H-78 for $300 witch is 23’ mask, a H-78 (Retool) for $350 witch is a 24’ mask, or a NightOwl Creep from Justin for around $362 shipped, and comes in two sizes regular being 23’, and Large being 24’. You cant go wrong with any of them, either way you have a solid mask that is worth saving up a little more cash for. It’s not like these are the only masks your limited to, I just recommend them because these are a few masks that I myself have purchased, and enjoy very much, and am pretty much positive you will too. At the the end of the day buy what you think is best for you, hope this helps. Good luck. …ANDY
I thought Bryan sold the mold and it’s now Deranged 78?? Any my Mr Murder is def. a 24" I did a repaint and it’s actually the mask in my avatar, I love it.
i am here to set the story straight about the mcs mr. murder. Chris Morgan at WMP bought the Mr. Murder master from Bry, renamed it the Deranged and he enlarged it to be a real 24 inch mask. So all you people complaining that is not a big mask, well thats not true anymore. And in my oppinion, the finishing is way better than it was done in the past. Mine will be done and on its way to me soon, but here is a pic of one of his finished deranged 78s. Its right up there with the big time mask makers IMO.

This was my first indy mask,and I still like it.It actually fits about the same as my 99 DP Shatner.
