This was talked about at a recent horror convention with Robert England. England said that it was discussed and it might happen. How does England know about this you ask, well he was asked one more time to suite up as Freddy and control both Myers and Jason like puppets. What do you guy think if it actually happens? With the right story line it could be awesome and another mask I will have to get.
that would be pretty cool and quite weird at the same time… it would defiantly need a good story line… or wouldnt make any sense coming from the other movies… but if it does, michael would beat the crap out of jason, and freddy too because pure evil cant be controlled!! 
interesting, but to me Michael is king, i dont think freddy should control him…but i guess well see…id like to see another vs. movie though with michael in it, it would be bad ass!

But…I don’t like the idea of Freddy controlling Michael and Jason like puppets. I think Freddy should just completely be out of the picture. I’ve came up with great storylines for this idea and I wish that they’d use something along those lines. Here’s one of them: John Strode/Tate goes partying at Camp Crystal Lake with some friends, not knowing the dangers of the camp and Michael follows him of course…You should be able to figure out the rest That sounds 100% better than Freddy controlling Michael and Jason…But regardless of how the story goes down, I’m going to see it
Hmmmmmmm… personally I don’t really think Michael belongs in a VS. movie. Once again just like with anything after H2 IMO, this is venturing from the original, mysterious, creepy, scary and haunting feeling of Myers that Carpenter created and turning the character into a novilty. I think Jason and Freddy are fine for those kind of roles, but imo Michael just doesn’t fit. Michael is not as animated as either one of them are. Not to offend anyone and I mean no dis-respect. I love all 3 characters, and think the VS. thing works great for Jason and Freddy but personally prefer Michael lurking shadows creeping behind bushes and windows, not having an all out “battle” with another “super villan”. Michael. Just my oppinion.

If this was to happen, yea def RZ Myers…but honestly, i dont think it should. i HATED Jason VS Freddy. Im a huge Jason fan and to me, that wasnt Jason. they made him a wuss. Id be afrid they would do the same with Myers. Freddy shouldnt be able to control either one. Jason, after part 6, has become a supernatural being, freddy shouldnt be a challenge for him, or Myers. Myers VS Jason would be interesting…if done right, but i dunno if it goes even slightly in the direction of FVSJ Id think its a BAD idea.
I’m my humble opinion, the Halloween films were NEVER about, or focused solely on Myers. It was always about his VICTIMS and the Ahab,Loomis character tracking down the killer. In the VS. Movies, the story would be about the killers only, and the victims would be just fodder. And frankly, who cares about those types of victims. The reason why the first two Halloween movies worked so well was because you cared for the characters, and didn’t want them to die.
YES Darren…this is my exact thoughts. Thank you for putting it so clearly. I was trying to say this above and couldn’t get it right. You nailed my thought exactally. The only reason it might be entertaining with RZ Myers is because to me, that’s what RZ Halloween was…“entertaining”. RZ Myers was never the Myers Carpenter created…not even close. He’s a ruthless, aggressive monster, imo who I never had any attachment to in the first place. To me It would be like watching Godzilla VS. King Kong, total mindless, pointless entertaining sequence of fighting between two monsters that don’t talk, while Freddy narrates with his witty one liners. Personally I think these VS. movies turns them all cartoon characters, losing all of their scary, creepy mystique just as Freddy VS. Jason did. That’s what I meant when I said it would be more of a novelty than anything else.

I knew you were going for that, Nick! We seem to think alike. Your right about the RZ Myers belonging in a vs. Movie rather than Carpenter’s Myers, because the RZ Myers was a different take on the character already, and could certainly fit in a world like Freddy Vs. Jason. Your also right about the characters losing there scare appeal once teamed up in a battle, and not going after people that could be you or me! With that, I would not want to see a Michael Vs. Anyone movie…

I have stopped kidding myself and just faced facts that we will never get Jason, Freddy, and Michael back to their original roots ever again. They will never again be like we all fell in love with them in the original films. So the question is would you rather have them appearing in films that we know will never live up to the originals or just not have them at all? I suppose I would rather have them in something than nothing it just provides us with more masks, figures, posters, and dvds to collect. So I say hell yeah give me some Michael vs. Jason, I can already see the poster on my wall.
Say if film makers were to ever let Myers vs. Jason happen and they let the fans pick which Michael they wanted to go against Jason at his best(IMO it would be Part VI) Which installment would you all agree The Shape was at his best or most powerful? (Disregarding RZH1,RZH2)

reason is because jason or michael simply have no way to ever meet.
and then the idea of freddy is almost the same concept of fvj

personally anything that gets Robert back in the role of Freddy im all for lol I dont might be kinda cool seeing these 3 characters in one film would definitely make a ton of money but would also piss off a bunch of hardcore fans of the 3 horror icons kinda hard to please everyone.

This sounds like a terrible idea to me. Howerver, remember that Pinhead vs. Myers movie that was proposed years ago as a Barker/Carpenter collaboration, but then fell through the cracks. Imagine the Cenobites from Hell vs. the Personification of Evil. That would’ve been so epic, i’m still salivating about what could’ve been, but sadly will never see the light of day.

Has anyone ever seen this? The idea works pretty well in this video. However, I dont think that it would work in a major motion picture unless they designed a new Michael. With Michael’s slow, lurking, stalking behavior, it would be hard for him to fight a fast paced combatant like Freddy or Jason.
